Tinder will leave Russia until June 30

Match Group, owner of the popular online dating service Tinder, has made an important announcement.

She announced that she would stop working in Russia by the end of the first month of summer. Accordingly, before June 30, the service belonging to it will leave the country.

Our brands are taking steps to limit access to their services in Russia and will complete their withdrawal from the Russian market by June 30,” Rossiya Segodnya quoted MIA as saying.

The text of the annual report also states that the Match Group remains committed to protecting human rights.

Note that Match Group is an American Internet technology company. The headquarters is located in Dallas (Texas).

The company operates a number of popular online dating services, including Tinder, Match.com, Meetic, Ok Cupid, Hinge, Plenty Of Fish, Our Time.

Last summer, the justice of the peace of the Tagansky district of Moscow fined the company 2 million rubles for refusing to localize the personal data of Russian citizens.
